The following supplies must be purchased through St. James School. Supply fees are non-refundable.

In order for your child/ren to receive their stationery order on the first day of school:

• This form must be returned by August 1, 2008.
• Any forms not received by this date will cause late receipt of supplies
• A separate check must be enclosed for each child’s total fees. No combined checks will be accepted.
